Wiki seems to think that Tony Joe White probably called it Poke Salad Annie, but the Elvis versions seem to be called Polk Salad Annie ;).

Interesting stuff that though: you can write Declarations of Independence with it :lol:.
Polk on the other hand is the president whose whole campaign was based upon annexing Texas. Maybe he should just have let things be....

Back to the present: if the movie is not simply How the Grinch Stole Christmas, I think it's either There Is No Santa Claus (must have been a smash hit with the 4-8 year olds, that one :lol9:) or the great 1920's classic A Hard Luck Santa Claus..... ;)
