Well, I've pursued the "cash on the barrelhead" angle for a while, but can only find songs so far.

And anyway it looks more like a barrel of cash instead of the cash being on the top, which is how I'd think "cash on the barrelhead" should be interpreted, so I think I'll continue looking from a different direction.

Wait hold the front page !!!! I've just seen that in America its called a Coffin Full Of Dollars, in English its A ...... Full Of Dollars.... So I suppose I should give it to Helanren.
