Scouser, I think you're right about the tower. Sleeples in Seattle however, is a movie and we're looking for a TV-show.

Yep, tower is in Seattle but it's not that movie. It's a tv-show

How 'bout Grey's Anatomy? That's mostly doctors and it is set in Seattle And that doctor does look a bit dreamy
