I vote for the "pie" direction, I don't think that's cake.

Looks almost like graham cracker crust under it, like cheesecake (oh, no, why do they call it cake?) - but the top is colored like chocolate? Boston cream pie? But that has a layer of creme in the center...

As opposed to the young ladies above, I didn't know the song, but after changing "cake" to "cheesecake", the Google helped me out :)!
