You can say that again - for the only thing that comes to mind with "French" and movie is The Pink Panther I'm sure that French man would have looked different in that case

Funny you are saying that... There is a British TV comedy called French and Saunders; I was thinking it might be something like that, but couldn't find a movie with that sort of title yet .

I was also thinking of Dawn French. But then again, can't think of her when I see that French man It's a very far stretch

Maybe we should focus on "stop" ... or "cab" instead of taxi

Maybe "stop that cab" (1951), but then a screaming wife would have been more in order

I even found a movie called "How to stop a moving car" It's from 1902 Amazing what they made movies of in those days
