The horses and moon made me think of Neil Young (the band that frequently collabrates with him is called Crazy Horse); anyway, I doubt I'm right - how about "Harvest Moon" by Young?

Thanks. :) Good guesses but it's not what I'm looking for.

You'll have to excuse my disproportioned drawing XD I made the moon stand out too much, when in fact "moon" is not actually in the song title... although it is important in what it implies. If that makes sense. What do you see?

If there's no correct answer when I check back I'll leave some more hints

Two horses and waves :). As the horses do not have a bay colour after all (I found out they need to have a black mane, tail, ear edges, and lower legs to be called 'bay' :)), but they are, as far as I can tell, females, how about
