I'm trying to resize it and it won't budge. Is there a reason for this?

I changed it to this. Sorry about that but it's the only way y'all will be able to see it better. Resizing it doesn't seem to work.

Nope... I believe I did that one before.

Okay, here's a clue: The first word is the action not the result (so to speak). Also, Ariel and xrat had it kind of on track with rain but something seems to be lacking.
