Re: Pictionary So I guess my edit to my previous post is not right? I have noooooooo idea whatsoever who that is, so I'll skip this one. |
Re: Pictionary Wouldn't be simply "The Lady in Red", would it? |

Re: Pictionary Yes its Lady GaGa, so we have one of the words ! come on people pull your finger out. |
Re: Pictionary Quote:
Talk about Simply Red, Roxy Music, U2, Sinead o'Connor  Lady Gaga  I found a film called Lady with the Black Gloves, but obviously she is wearing red gloves, so no.....:doubt: |

Re: Pictionary |
Re: Pictionary YES See Mrs Doubt:doubt: you got it:arms: |
Re: Pictionary Oooh, thanks Scouser...I started out with ''big hand'' but couldn't find anything at first, so then I went to gloves. Considering my previous debâcle I'm a bit reluctant to post a new one, but I THINK this is a movie.... Spoiler: |
Re: Pictionary well done celli- :winnerthu i gave up after wondering if it was the killing fields (don't ask!!) |
Re: Pictionary Thanks Vivi.....killing fields????? :dizzy: Anyway I edited my post with a new pictionary.(should have refreshed first  ) |
Re: Pictionary This is a long shot, is it Forest Gump ? |
Re: Pictionary well done scouser- that sounds so right! :) |
Re: Pictionary Has to be Under the Yum Yum Tree :rotfl:! |
Re: Pictionary Quote:
Now that sounds more like it:nod: |
Re: Pictionary Scouser got it right :winnerthu (life is like a box of chocolats), but I DO like your title Helanren. Back to Scouser. |
Re: Pictionary ...mmmm... - you mean there was something in the picture beside the chocolates? :silly: Good one, celli, and Scouser's a solving champ! :winnerthu |

This is a simple movie title..... Spoiler: |
Re: Pictionary Well, I've pursued the "cash on the barrelhead" angle for a while, but can only find songs so far. And anyway it looks more like a barrel of cash instead of the cash being on the top, which is how I'd think "cash on the barrelhead" should be interpreted, so I think I'll continue looking from a different direction. |

Re: Pictionary Quote:

Re: Pictionary No Helanren, the title is in English and bara means coffin :yikes: Wait hold the front page !!!! I've just seen that in America its called a Coffin Full Of Dollars, in English its A ...... Full Of Dollars.... So I suppose I should give it to Helanren. |
Re: Pictionary Well, one of its alternative titles is A Barrel Full of Dollars ;) |
Re: Pictionary Yep as I said in my last post, its over to you, well done :arms: |
Re: Pictionary Another book Spoiler: |
Re: Pictionary I see a desert and a makeshift school lesson about old typwriter keys ! there are hundreds of books with lessons in the desert so I guess I will have to narrow my search. |
Re: Pictionary The Writing Class by Jincy Willett? :doubt: ( see no desert in there so probably not) |

Re: Pictionary : Lessons from the desert: by George Roth ? or The Desert Alphabet Book : Jerry Pallotta |
Re: Pictionary Nope ;). As you said before, it's a good idea to narrow down some of the things you identified in the picture, be more specific in your search terms.... |
Re: Pictionary I'm lost on this one:nod: |
Re: Pictionary OK, two more hints: a) you've missed one other clue in the image b) it's not just any desert... |
Re: Pictionary I think its The Kalahari Typing School for Men by Alexander McCall Smith???? |
Re: Pictionary 1 Attachment(s) Yep, that's the one :winnerthu! Attachment 40531 If you don't know the series yet, you should give it a try ;). Over to you again :jossun: |
Re: Pictionary Nice pictionary Hel, going to check that book out.......this is also a book title..... Spoiler: |
Re: Pictionary Great find Scouser and very nice pictionary Helanren :jossun: Now what have we here? An alien at a reception desk, a POLITE alien. If this where a song I'd say Grateful Dead from the Mars Hotel, but it's a book alas. |
Re: Pictionary You have mentioned one of the words celli and whats another word for an alien ? |
Re: Pictionary Another word for Alien? Heck I don't know.....foreigner, green monster, outsider, George W Bush????? |
