Now wait just a second! Each of us has a right to amend the rules, until we both agree on them, and only then can the contest actually begin.
My amendment is that all the answers must be in the wikipedia, ensuring that they are common knowledge. E.g. I don't want to be guessing the name of your dog, and stuff like that. Agreed?

Stall all you want -- by definition, a pangram contains every letter of the alphabet. So it doesn't matter which letter you save your answer for. I got you cornered, my dear, and there's nothing you can do about it.
