I don't like anything that is too sweet as it makes me crave lots of water.

I've heard of drinking water after eating something salty, but something too sweet as to need that?

I need that; or sometimes milk can hit the spot as well.

It sometimes irks me when someone should be using "well" and yet that person misuses "good"

Yes, I find that many people make the mistake of saying "good" instead of "well" too.
