i think all of us do need a pat on the back for coming out of tough times and realising our short falls, what's next is to act with that knowledge in the right frame of mind.

To run from all this madness is to be in denial, that denial will effect bad emotions and that in turn, will sprout roots in one's heart and take control of one's mind. It is then, best to tackle everything with positivity, honesty and gusto. :biggrin:
