I think you are in Swaziland, a small Kingdom embedded between South Africa in the west, north and south and Mozambique in the east. The city is probably the capital, Mbabane.

The two girls in the picture are swazi and are all suited up for the Reed Dance, and I think one of them is Princess Sikhanyiso, daughter of King Mswati III of Swaziland.
