I was thinking China http://www.theodora.com/flags/ch-t.gif, because of what looks like a red flag on the building. The flag of Burma (Myanmar) http://www.photius.com/flags/thumbnails/bm-t.gif has blue in the corner.

Also looks like it is beside the sea, and is rocky, which rules out a bunch of sandy beach locations. Is that a tourist or a local at the bottom of the steps?

I'm guessing China, if we're now in Asia. :thinking:
