No it's not Leuven, but yes it's in the Flemish part. It seems like you know Belgium well don't you?

well I have been a bit around in Belgium, mainly in the Flemish part. I have a sister in law living there and a friend of mine as well.
without googling Kasteel van Loon is the only place I could think off, because of all the meetings held there. But I am not sure where exactly that is. Must go search and search for more. Is it in belgisch limburg or brabant?
