I would like to just put in a plug for the Madonna classic Body of Evidence for worst movie ever. In fact, I saw it in a theater with a friend after agreeing that if it was NOT the worst movie we had ever seen, we would walk out.

We stayed until the end. Poor Willem Defoe.

At this point, I think I will go with Sergio Leone, Once Upon a Time in the West because (among other reasons) movies just don't take time to linger over things anymore the way that his movies do. The opening scene is amazing.

The dialogue, what little there is, is also amazing. "YOu can't trust a man who wears a belt AND suspenders. The man can't even trust his own pants."

And the music is beyond amazing. Words cannot describe how great the music is.

"Immortal Beloved" Find it, rent it, buy it....it's a sleeper.

A bio of Beethoven with Gary Oldman playing the composer. It has Isabella Rossellini, too. If you aren't crying at the end of it you've got no heart. I've got one over there to borrow if you don't! :biggrin:

I listen to hip-hop occasionally because I'm about as white as it comes and enjoy being able to drop references here and there for humors sake. I actually do tend to enjoy it when I listen though. But I'm more apt to listen to classical or jazz.

What type of music would people be surprised to find out you like?

I like punk, metal, industrial; so it surprises everyone when I tell them I am a huge fan of the late great Dean Martin. He could really sing -- very smooth, very cool.
