That flag reminded me of the flag of Terschelling (one of the islands to the north of the Netrherlands) where I spent many happy holidays as a kid and again the last few years visiting the Oerol festival, one of the largest open-air theatre festivals in Europe. The colours red to white are those of the Terschellinger flag, the text mentions 'rent-a-bike': Terschelling is a great place to go round by bicycle as it is large enough that you don't often have to take the same route twice, but small enough so that you are never more than say an hour or two by bike away from home
