ok really sorry but my mind is on one thing and one thing only tongiht (the big brither final yep slap away!!) and therefore can not think at all..... level 39 with the statue of liberty... hints anyone?!

EDIT - on 41 now and haven't got a clue!!!!

Ok, I cheated a bit (quite a bit; trust me, you don't want to know how :whistling ) and got into 40. Yes, that password screen is just to get INTO 40, it is not the actual puzzle. However, it might as well be, as you can probably get 40 in 10 seconds. I'm convinced that the author intended us to use the +24 somehow (or was trying to be a jerk). Well anyway, here it is.

Wait a sec, I just got how we're supposed to use the +24.
