ok need some help on lvl 43. No need to explain the chinese characters though, i can read them. Whats FL>IC mean?

Look at the pic. It's symmetric right?

I feel so stupid cos i don't understand u haha! Yes, i do read chinese words.

1stly, i dont see how the pic is helping me except maybe to tell me that FL>IC is a symmetrical thing. 2nd, from what i make out IC is the mirror image of FL, but it doesn't spell out anywords? 3rd, am i supposed to rearrange the word "little u" into something else? or is the final word suppose to mean "little u" And i can't get a word to start with.

ok i got it. Yeah, i can speak and read chinese. Sorry for me to take that long, cos i thought the answer is just too wierd for an english puzzle!! I didn't think its THAT simple lol! I was confused by DP the X's comment on it being an anagram too.
