Ok - i'm working out B2 -- slowly.

"dying message"

likely refers to the literary device used by many prominent mystery writers - maybe ellery queen or agatha christie.

the photos look like case file photos from a crime scene - murder scene.

i'm making a leap that the pw from B1's letters need to be removed from the pool of letters on L79 leaving a lot of letters but some obvious ommissions that preclude some possible answers.

there is also a famous song by a woman named amanda riddle called dying girl's message - but i can't find any connection with the pictures other than the name riddle.

huh?

now i'm even more confused.

there is no available G left among the letters - or are some used more than the number of times shown?

Am i looking for a dying message from an author named king? or from a historical king? or political? (MLK?) I thought i was looking for a murder mystery? such as EQ's The king is dead. - but of course - there are way too many letters that can't be used in that phrase.

I thought perhaps it referred to "A lesson before dying" - but can't find a connection there either.

are the words leading in the right direction?

Unfortunately you´re looking in the wrong direction. You just need the first picture. This level has a lot of red herrings in it. From the first picture you get two words including the hint form Matx. Make a connection between them. This should lead you to the PW.
