Here a tip for anyone out there who is allergic to eggs like me..

Dont eat preserved duck egg in a bean curd dish... oh sure it doesnt look like egg in the classical sense of description or any viscerally discernable quality... but brother that stuff will have you bent over a barrel counting puddles before you can say Mama...
