I found the formation about last pic is the..... I don't know the english word, PW can help.
It's called "พิธีบูชายัณห์" the animal which shown on the picture is bleeded sheep. The sheep will be killed by people for serving god pleasure.
I'm trying to match this information with RIVER so I got

Well, I think it rather looks like an ox too me, but i´m sure you´re right about the sacrificing. Besides that i think this picture is (from a historical sight of view) somewhere from asia minor like Persia or Sumeria, but i don´t know if that´s relevant at all :biggrin:

By the way, i think the 3rd picture is actually from thailand or somewhere in this region.

I think it is the last picture Mythyka... the one we have been calling an ox. There is what looks to be a bowl with blood pouring in from the creature's neck.

I wasn't disputing the fact that it was a sacrifice, but it certainly ain't no sheep..

LOL I thought it was a bull, it appears to have horns..

I thought maybe a sacrifical bull but apparently its not..I though it was Goats that were sacrificed not sheep...
