Finally got this one, to be honest I didn't want to do it. I was hoping someone else would do it. Since it seems no one else is working on this, I hauled out a box of dominoes and started working on this one.

I fitted the whole thing in excel.
first column width = 3
next 6 width = 7
next 1 = 5, next 6 = 7 and last one = 3
then import the picture and stretch it out
until it fits

then apply the rules from this page:

11 of the 12 numbers are instantly clear
the 12 th is just applying the math rule for odd and even numbers
and voila the answer:)
