This is what finally worked for me......
At the end when you have done everything else in the walkthrough:
First put the picture on the shelf then the cd in the cd case, then the incense, then the beer. click the lighter in the menu and light the incense by clicking on it (it needs to be on the shelf) then ring the bell it will say "there are some unnecessary items" then click the photo back into the menu and ring the bell again

try it without the picture frame, it worked for me without the pic frame and just the cd case

I dont understand how to put the chinese characters in order. I can beat Crimson Room in like 2 min. but this is hard! Someone please help me.

Make sure the beer is in the refridgerator for about 30 seconds and take the photo of the shelf because it is unnescessary. Then ring the bell. Words should start saying and the skeleton should put the box on the shelf.

the swf has been off for several days now and I've emailed the creator. after the game finally loads, it freezes and all i see is the light on the ceiling. yet i see recent posts here. are you all getting the game? it's not loading correctly for me.
