Yeah base, saw Wisconsin go down today. That was a tough game. Not sure what happened other than it didn't seem like the Badgers could get their running game going. Tough loss. The way this college season is shaping up, there might not be any undefeated teams left except maybe Hawaii. LSU is losing right now but there is still time left in that game. We will see how it pans out.

I couldn't agree more Tig. Something is seriously wrong with this poll system. Citing examples from the coaches poll since the AP doesn't matter anymore. How can Illinois be ranked lower than the team they beat? In the first week of season, Michigan was ranked 5th and lost to an unranked Division II team in Appalachian State on the road and dropped out of the rankings, yet USC loses to an unranked Stanford AT HOME and only drops to 7th? Something is seriously wrong with that picture. Not to mention that there are at least 3 undefeated teams that are still ranked lower than some teams with 1 and in Floridas case 2 losses. Quite possibly one of the worst examples, Georgia got creamed by Tennessee on Saturday and are still ranked higher. The worst part about all this is that when the BCS finally comes out, it will be a total cluster as it has been since it was brought in to football. Look at Boise St. from last year. Undefeated and get shafted by BCS. By all rights, Florida should have had to play them after Ohio State. I do not understand why they cannot shorten the season by 2 or 3 games and introduce a playoff system like college basketball. Get these schools to drop some of the meaningless games they play and take the top 32 teams in the country and put them in a bowl playoff. Anyway, had to rant about that.
Oh and Speed, nice job last night with your Bears and guess my standings for the polls wasn't that far off.

The Bears have some fight left in them I guess. When a team turns the ball over 5 times you shouldn't have to score the winning touchdown with under 3 minutes to play. We/ the Bears have a lot of work to do. But a solid win nontheless. Dallas just squeeked their game out. Sorry Base.

Wow! The college football season just keeps getting crazier evey week. LSU and Cal, both lost last night. Must be a curse on top ranked teams this year. Figuring what happened, OSU should move up to #1. Probably followed closely by USF and BC. This is shaping up to be a crazy season and I am really hoping that it causes alot of chaos at the end of the season as far as the BCS goes. Hopefully there will be 3 or 4 undefeated teams that will get shafted by the BCS and not play for the National Title and it will create an uproar and something can finally be done about this ridiculous system.
Oh boy was it crazy. Now 7 of the top 10 teams have lost in the past two weeks. I can't believe it. I have to agree that OSU will be #1. Go Buckeyes. They seem to be the only Big Ten team to have any consistentcy. The SEC is up for grabs as well.
Da Bears D is looking more and more soft every week. Letting Peterson run for over 200 yrds. There's no excuse for that. They looked terrible. Looking forward to a good draft pick next year.
