Re: what's my number? There are two RS's... I checked all and except for BS the all stand for IATA airline codes...:doubt: |
Re: what's my number? Only one letter off though  |
Re: what's my number? This is as cryptic as it can be and the possibilities are endless: do you mean IATA is "off" one letter? Do we have to change one of the letters to another? Do we have to drop one? Change the place of one of the letters? I think I am going to go another route... EDIT International Civil Aviation Organization - ICAO ? So, the numbers, do we need a multiplier? |
Re: what's my number? IATA was indeed one letter off for the the 'corresponding' organisation that is 'responsible' for those numbers. But that was totally accidental, so I think it's no use going that way ;). Not the ICAO either, nothing to do with flying. |
Re: what's my number? Stock exchange?:doubt: |
Re: what's my number? No, money is not involved (except, as so often, 'indirectly', a higher score here usually means more money as well :)) |
Re: what's my number? Are those letter combinations recognized, i.e., can I find a list of them somewhere? |
Re: what's my number? Probably not.... you'd have to think of the category to make sense of the letters, but the numbers might be found I think ;) |
Re: what's my number? The numbers reveal nothing - they are not even exact... You have already confirmed that the chart has nothing to do with money or aviation. Does it have to do with people? Are the number absolute? Do they represent measurement, frequencies, cases? Are the letters abbreviation of cities, provinces, name of people, disease? |
Re: what's my number? Names of people ! Absolute numbers ! measurement, frequencies, cases  - though you might make a case for cases, maybe |
