i think they are the men that wear the shoes of the fisherman, how many siblings they have, and where in the order they are- also the length of their popeship. the grey is the number of the name- leo 6th or john paul 2nd. still working on the yellow line
the yellow line is years as a pope, whilst the green is months i think

the category is not people, two sets of numbers that are not the same, but are related. i suppose the category could be the holy grail.

Holy Grail didn't help me at all...I don't even know if you mean it symbolically...
If it is not people, is it money? Is it a natural phenomenon? Are the number relating to one locale?
