None of the Above

Re: what's my number?

I assume the whole makes up 100%, so roughly:

C: 26.2 %
I: 26.6 %
S: 22.9 %
F: 18.5 %
A: 4.7%
O: 1.0 %

Is that more or less correct?

could be chemical elements, except for the A

Re: what's my number?

Pretty much

Not chemical elements. Steer clear of science for this one.

Here are some topics that can be represented by your chart: sports, entertainment, geography, communications, money, time.
These are very general and your chart might combine more than one...

Re: what's my number?

I look at the chart and feel very dumb...I have no clue...
The X axis - Years/time? Ranking?
There is nothing between 2 and 6. Is it because there is no data or the data is not significant.
The Y axis - Whole numbers? percentages?

Bolaf 06-22-2015 05:12 AM

Re: what's my number?

The X axis:
- A sequential numbering (of something, over time).
- 2...6 not shown because the particular data doesn't exist.
- Also, there's no data after 17 (which might be a subtle hint).
- We have exactly 3 values per number (another subtle hint)
The Y axis:
- Whole numbers, not percent.

pearla59 06-22-2015 07:09 PM

Re: what's my number?

It cannot be something that happened only 17 times because 2nd 3rd 4th 5th 6th are missing. (I am thinking aloud
I assume, then, that the sequential numbers indicate time, i.e., years/hours/weeks
I am also thinking that a gap of 5 is approx. the length of the war :doubt:
I am still no closer...:depressed
Does it have anything to do with sports? politics? entertainment?

Bolaf 06-22-2015 07:38 PM

Re: what's my number?

Well, it was something that happened 17 times. Events 2...6 just didn't contain the shown data set, so I simply skipped them.
The sequential numbers are just that (like, for example, the '3' in the movie title 'Ice Age 3').
Nothing (directly) to do with sports, politics or entertainment.
Hard to give another hint without giving it away, in other words, we have a problem.

pearla59 06-22-2015 08:43 PM

Re: what's my number?

Let's try anyway...:)
#1 = 1st
#7 = 7th
etc.
The first time it happened data was extracted of which the values 32, 36, 40 are presented.
The 7th time it happened the same data was extracted of which the values 36, 38, 45 are presented
etc.
Is the data for individual or for a group of people? Or, does it involve a natural phenomena?

Bolaf 06-22-2015 10:11 PM

Re: what's my number?

 #1 = 1st, etc. The number is also part of the things' official names.
The data is for individuals - that is, a group of 3 persons per number.
No natural phenomena here.

pearla59 06-22-2015 11:28 PM

Re: what's my number?

Is that a competition of some kind? If it is, are the 3 people compete against each other and this is their scores?

Bolaf 06-22-2015 11:36 PM

Re: what's my number?

The 3 (usually different people for each X-number) work as trusty team. Much like climbers who conquer a mountain. Y isn't scores.

From your question I understand that it is NOT the ages of the 3 team members...
Is it one of those weird competitions, i.e., cherry spitting, wife carrying?

Bolaf 06-23-2015 01:42 AM

Re: what's my number?

The actual values (blueish rectangles) are the ages of the team members. And I wanted to know, who are those teams? Can be answered with one or two (very well known) words.
Just the answer 'ages' isn't enough.

pearla59 06-23-2015 02:45 AM

Re: what's my number?

I am lost (not for the first time :depressed)
It is a competition/tournament/championship of 3 persons teams. It was established 17 years ago (or performed 17 times ) One of the teams of the first year consisted of players ages 32, 36, 40. On the 7th year one of the teams consisted of people ages 36, 38, 45. etc.
It is not sports...

linkinpark333 06-23-2015 02:58 AM

Re: what's my number?

I was thinking of teams of Mount Everest climbers.

Bolaf 06-23-2015 03:10 AM

Re: what's my number?

I repeat, this is not about sports. No tournament/championship/mountaineers.
This 'event' took place 17 times (spanning nearly 6 years, by the way) - not 17 years ago.
There's only one team (3 men) per event. In 2...6, no team was involved.

Another hint: #11 was definitely the (historical!) highlight in this series, and everybody knows about it.
