Those signs on top are a bit disturbing, it's a toxic hazard as well as a bio hazard, but I can't make out the third lable. And that door on the front looks like a normal sliding door in a container or storage room.
I think the whole thing is a hoax, some sort of lunchbox maybe or a piggy bank.

I thought you had to shake the box to move the contents inside... but that's not how it works, the batteries do the job... and they don't shake anything!
