You don't put something between the pages, but keep thinking along these lines. It uses chemicals, and we don't need it. It is made for people who live in certain places.
Is it something medical? Is it for people living in remote areas?
One of the reason this is hard to find is that whenever I am using "book" or "pages" I get actual book covers...
