Doesn't attach to a pot, and isn't intended for anything specific, though perforce it's mostly used with a certain kind of dishes .

Although using a crappy plastic tool to eat oysters doesn't sound quite right....

A question, are those holes?:

If you insert something there (in order to attach it), maybe it's a couple of chinese sticks, and this is used as an aid for us all-thumbs / will-never-learn-to-use-those clumsy people... But I wonder whether the holes (in case those are holes) are big enough for the sticks

LOL Bruja! I have never mastered the sticks art either...But I should!

On the other hand when I use a spoon I never get tired and I eat and eat and eat...If I used chop sticks I might not have to struggle with my weight all my life...Do you think it is too late for me?

Bruja, that makes so much sense! And in a restaurant, someone like you or Pearla can remove the chopsticks and use the fork.
