I don't see tracks
There are so many underground tunnels for water/sewage/rivers that a location has to be found... Is it in Europe? Is it underneath a city? Was it in the news in the last year or so?

I believe there are stairs at the bottom of the photo. There is also something I can't see near the bottom of the stairs that looks like a lever or switch. Am I seeing things? Is this tunnel used to somehow control water?

sorry sparks- it is a subaquatic tunnel and there are steps to get to that- as for the lever, i have no idea, but the tunnel is not intended to be wet
just to be clear and not dance around the issue, the tracks (if they are tracks) are not used for transportation
more remarks like that sparks and you'll be swimming with the fishes- seriously, it's not an aquarium and what you do down here is rather surreal- that should give you a clue as to what the structure is. not in fashion now, but it was a rich man's whim at one time- before ferraris and yachts became penis extensions
