I think the photo in the blog is just wrong . If you look at sparky's wikipedia photo of Pearl Shoal Waterfall, it doesn't look like the others, so Pearl Shoal Waterfall is simply a different one.
Wiki gives their Chinese names as well, and they googlate to
Pearl Shoal = 珍珠滩瀑布 = "Pearl Beach Waterfall"
Yinlianzhuitan = 銀鏈墜潭瀑布 = "Silver Pendant Lake Falls"
The blogger just mixed up his jewelries .
