Not the Future I found this riddle on reddit, it has a quite interesting atmosphere compared to the usual riddle and it has some reoccuring themes such as war and human primates

You are right, Helanren. It is the biggest chanukia in the world lighted up this past "festival of light" in Tel-Aviv harbour. I thought it was befitting after the spectacular Christmas lights in Japan and Texas...
Don't know why I immediately thought of Kishon. Perhaps because the background looks kinda Tel-Aviv-surburbish...
On the other hand, the foreground houses (specifically their roofs) really have a European touch.
