Not the Future I found this riddle on reddit, it has a quite interesting atmosphere compared to the usual riddle and it has some reoccuring themes such as war and human primates
The creator made it because he thought that riddles like Notpron were too hard.

Hmm, I've looked all over Nigeria. Let's go back in.
You would think this strong statement sculpture would be easy to find. But no. Using search words like oil, oil drum, children, boys, social, political, outdoor, installation....nada. Yet.
it's not southwest nigeria - more south central. it has been a capital city, but then of another state for a short time.
as far as i know it has nothing to do with an oil spil, but i don't know the full story, i'll try to find out
it seems that the artist is known for photography and this is an installation, or living sculpture, they are intended to resemble film sets and the verisimilitude of that world in this place

Oh my, this is elusive! I had looked earlier in Abuja and didn't find anything. Is it there and hiding? Also, sounds a lot like Adolphus Opara's work, but I don't see anything like this in his portfolio.
I had started out thinking it was an installation and pursued that route, also thought of the possibility the people were alive or that it was a conceptual piece. Still trolling through google. Let me know if I got anywhere close with Abuja or Opara.
I had also targeted Lagos at one point, by the way.

and we have a winner. i looked at some of his other work, impressive, and i didn't know nigeria was the third most prolific film making land.
