Strange observations:
- The next to last number '5.10' is special in that it has a trailing (dispensable) zero. Important?
- The pic (David R. Scott, Aug 1st 1971) is horizontally flipped. Important?
- The pic filename is made of digits ('193918'). Important?

Or similar 2-level lookup system (nth item, mth sub-item)?

Does the pic name represent a date (1939-1-8, or Aug 1st)? If yes, is the double appearance of 'Aug 1st' merely accidental?

Apparently we need a primary pool of at least 45 elements.
- Does the flag hint to the U.S. states?
- A list of astronauts?

Does the horizontal flip indicate we have to read something backwards?

No particular date or astronaut involved, and yes the flag hints to the US states (look at it closely ;)). Backwards reading should help at some point in the solving :nod:
