The upper half of Marian Rejewski, I presume... (as that would be the side we'd be looking at if we actually climbed that fence coming from the other side of the street)
But if we were there we could see that the three sides have different numbers:

Well, I used only the top 9 lines (didn't want to write a novel) of the monument. Those should be nicely readable on most photos.

Hel, I don't know how you found those images, I spent a long time yesterday trying to find the numbers and didn't make it...

Of course, now it was easy, but it was all your work. So... do you want to solve it (in case you already have something)? Or would you prefer me to give the answer (in case you don't have anything)?

I think you had two of them already?

I just found a higher resolution pic of your Rejewski photo and copied the numbers from that.
The Różycki one was hard, but I finally got one where the two top lines weren't cut off (in fact, I even found a better one later).

Haha, I could say the same, as I found an advertisement for SKANSKA and you found the Enigma at Bolaf's coordinates...

But if you solved it, go ahead. So far, I only tried to add each individual number, and then add/subtract Bolaf's number to/from the total, but I stopped when my first line read
