While the card distribution above the line 'makes sense', you don't really need to know the rules of bridge to figure it out, it's all in the code (see my earlier edit). And in fact, you don't even need to find the 'exact' contract, just the type ;).

I googled "quintessence of womanhood" in search for inspiration and found ZETA PHI BETA sorority as the first hit... does it have anything to do with your encryption?

The quintessence of manhood is of course the Y chromosome, but women have no such distinguishing feature...
