I'll say Brazil as it's official language is not indigenous to it's country. Do you know what I mean? All the other countries' official language is german, italian, french, and portuguese whereas Brazil's is portuguese.

From your earlier conclusion, either Portugal is the odd one out or Brasil is the odd one out Now which possibility seems more likely

and to top that off (but only if you are desparate, you have to promise!), an additional clue:
