I arrived from the source of the sun
into this new, golden morning.
I stand on the morning beach.
Pressing my feet into the fine sand.
Into my hands, my feet, my heart
My eyes, my ears and my thoughts
streams live new and powerful
when in the night I drunk from the source.
Give, that I do right,
Give, that I do with love
With this hands and feet
And offer my strength to others.

finally, itSFMe
I just read back in my blog and found a comment of you, itSFMe, that you would like to know how a sweet letter of refusal looks.
So here it is:
Many thanks for your application to become this year's co-ordinator. I do apologize for the delay in letting you know the outcome of the selection process. We have after some considerable evaluation and re-evaluation finally arrived at a list of those we should like to invite for interview. I am sorry but you were not invited. We had a large response to our advert and a large number of very well qualified applicants. We found it difficult to identify the better candidates because the standard was so high. Time constraints prevented us from interviewing everyone and we had to be selective. Your application was certainly high quality but at the end of the day we found there were other's better qualified than you and we were not able to select you for interview.
Surely they could have written, We're sorry but you're not qualified.... and certainly they would have been right as I hardly met any of their requirements. I just thought it so sweet to make the effort to send me this letter.

Thank you so much for posting this
I had honestly forgotten all about it
It is sweet indeed - it shows that you can be confident about your application
And it doesn´t leave the question about what you could have done better.
It is clear and helpful for the next time one wants to try for a job.
Thanks again for remembering, take care
