Bird Watching

Hello All
Well Scotland seems to be hit with a mini heatwave just before Easter so it is time to restart one of my favourite pastimes - bird watching!
The appreciation of how beautiful and pretty birds can be.
Winter is such a hard time spotting the birds as they tend to shy away from the harsh temperatures and darkness. But now the sun is out!
There will be plenty of birds out and about due to the hot temperature. Some will be flocking to the local parks having lose their winter feathers! Whilst a lot will flock into town. All different colours, shapes and sizes!
But never go for the eggs or baby chicks even if they look old enough to fly. That is so wrong!
*Best NOT to take photos or video them as you will distract them from their natural habitats. Thats why itt is called birdWATCHING and not birdfilming or recording! The best birdwatchers are those who do so without the birds knowing*
My favourite are the ones who have look after themselves during the colder periods. I just love bird watching. Its highly under-rated! Just wondering who else partake in this wonderful activity?
