So a few months ago I mentioned how shortstaffed we are. Well, things are getting worse.

To recap, I went on holiday for 3 weeks and came back to 7 staff gone/in the process of going (moving across the country, on early bedrest for maternity leave, to another position within the organisation).

Okay, so here's the latest:
3 staff pregnant: 2 on bedrest, 1 on leave as she ended up having a miscarriage
1 left for another job
We were already short 3 people prior to the pregnancies, hired one who was visibly pregnant during the interview, so we know she'll be gone soon.
Another staff member is expecting. (I know! What's in our water that everyone is pregnant?!?)
Another one started as well.
We have a bunch of casual/on call staff, which are only temporary solutions.

*sigh*

    What kind of a job is it and what is the location?

    Why don't you use this forum to start networking for new employees?
    Not everyone in Canada is pregnant, and some non pregnant ppl might be interested...
