phone call number two

Today, while on my lunch break. ( yea, I'm still getting used to having time to eat lunch )
I rode over to my insurance office with the letter I told them about from my mortgage company's insurance department.
Mr Nye, the agent looked up my account, and verified that I did indeed have insurance since November of last year.
He tried calling the mortgage company but couldn't get thru.
So I called, went thru the usual maze of selections,
and spoke with a rep, who in turn sent me to the insurance department.
* again, I skip the boring stuff*
Me = M Them = C
M: yes, i'm calling about a letter you guys sent me Saturday stating you canceled the insurance chase put on my house , due to the fact I proved i had insurance.
C: Yes, we have it on record here that you did prove you had insurance.
M: yes, i've had insurance since before the salesman pulled my trailer off the lot. It's in my contract that the insurance is taken out of my payment.
C: I understand that sir, but I need to speak to your agent. Do you have his phone number?
M: no I don't have his number..
C: I see..
M: I don't have his number, but I do have my agent. hold on a second * hands phone over counter and waits patiently while he verifies everything for them, including the start date of my insurance*
* after speaking with him for a bit, I hear the lady on the phone ask to speak to me again*
C: sir, we have it in our system now that you did indeed have insurance, and it will take 15 days to come into effect, but we will fully credit your account with the money taken out.
M: *jumping for joy inside *
does that mean my payment will be like it used to?
C: yes sir it will be back to 615 a month like before
M: thank you for your help, and have a good evening
C: er.. yes, you too sir thank you
