Oh, how the wintry winds do bluster,
' spreading their chill, cutting to the bone,
searing thru the warmest of clothes,

ripping apart the threads of one's very soul,
two embers, glowing in the darkness,
glowing warm....red...almost hallucinogenic

staring at me, from underneath the couch,

silently contemplating the mysteries of the universe

watching, waiting

ever patient, waiting

a gentle smile spread across your muzzle

whiskers gently tweaking, shaking, a low rumble down in your throat

as you wait underneath the couch , all squinty eyed

watching me,

What are your thoughts little kitty?

how do you perceive the world around you?

the world that surely revolves around you, little kitty sun that you are

little kitty I love you

even tho you bite me a lot
