and yeah, I believe in Taiwan the language is Mandarin, but there is a variant called Taiwanese all right
Well, as a written language it is one, but as a spoken i can be considered separate languages, and not dialects because of syntactic and phonetical reasons (lol, I'm a linguistics nerd, and so proud of it)
