I'm getting somewhere. I can decipher a message, but I'm still making mistakes occasionally leading to some wrong letters. I'll edit this when I finish deciphering this message, it's taking me a bit.

Spoiler: I didn't actually notice the real answer, I just thought that number 1 was . and number 2 was - and that it looped in a repeating cycle, until I reached a dead end where it didn't translate to any valid letters, but from Cellbit's series on Do Not Believe His Lies I noticed that the morse code which was invalid was (censored), but there was the opposite (censored) so I tried - and ., which lead me to the answer, although I made too many mistakes. Sorry if this is saying too much haha. I'll probably spend days pondering how level 10 is supposed to translate the way that it's supposed to. Anyway, onto level 10.
