DECLARATION OF VICTORY
As you are all aware, there has been a savage war raging in this area for the past few days.
However, I am now pleased to announce that the GGF have secured a complete victory over the evil Warlord Ioanke and his rebel army, the GGG.
His entire rebel guinea force has been captured, and we have reliable intelligence telling us that they have been brainwashed by Ioanke into doing his evil bidding.
With this information in mind, it is clear that execution is not a fitting end for the poor tortured guineas.
Instead, they are now being rehabilitated at a secret location known only to the Rodent Intelligence Agency (RIA). The RIA will ensure the safety of the guineas during this traumatic time, and when the time is right, will reintroduce them into society as peaceful members of the community.
Rest assured, that the Warlord Ioanke remains in the secure custody of my GGF forces, so citizens, pleased be advised that this area is now safe for you to go about your business as usual.
DOWN WITH IOANKE!!
